Insertion-based counterpart of SHNAP: nodules of known malignancy are systematically inserted at many positions and the change in predicted risk is recorded, mapping where in the volume the model is sensitive. SHNAP removes what is there, SNAP adds what is not, so the two answer different questions and are separate methods rather than one name spelled two ways.
