Assistant Professor (M/F) - Centre for Credible AI

Warsaw University of Technology is recruiting an Assistant Professor (post-doc level) for the Centre for Credible AI in a full-time role focused on AI model exploration and attention-oriented analysis methods.

This position is in the research staff group in computer science and is designated as a primary place of employment. The selected candidate will work on methods for exploration and analysis of AI models, with particular focus on attention mechanisms, while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams within the Centre for Credible AI. The appointment is financed through the Centre's FENG MAB project framework.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate methods for AI model exploration and attention mechanism analysis
Carry out independent research and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
Support junior researchers and contribute to shared research outcomes
Prepare scientific and technical outputs for ongoing projects

Requirements

PhD obtained within the last 5 years in computer science, mathematics, physics, AI, machine learning, natural sciences, or related area
Documented experience in designing methods for exploration and analysis of AI models
Ability to conduct independent research and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
Very good command of English
